Dr. Oren Schwartz
Dr. Oren Schwartz is a licensed Florida Psychologist. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University in New York City and attended Nova Southeastern University to earn a Masters Degree and a PsyD (Doctorate of Psychology) in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Schwartz provides evidenced-based treatment to children, adolescents, families, and adults for issues such as, although not limited to, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, interpersonal difficulties, bereavement, adjustment issues, and family discord. He takes an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, meaning that treatment is individualized to each client and can include family members, spouses, or friends, as well as teachers, school administrators, or other medical providers as the goal of therapy is to reach treatment goals and increase every day functioning.
In addition, Dr. Schwartz provides psychological and psychoeducational assessment services to gather information regarding intellectual and academic functioning, adaptive living skills, emotional difficulties, and/or personality. The purpose of these evaluations is to discover problem areas and provide targeted recommendations to improve social, vocational, or academic functioning.
